Pad Thai with a Healthy Spin

Ingredients

  • Water fry onions, garlic, red, yellow and green bell peppers, red cabbage. Put out all your spices, because this one’s got a lot: paprika, turmeric, nutmeg, cloves, garlic powder, peanut butter 2tbsp, cashews, soy sauce 1tbsp, chives. For a spicy twist add in some chili flakes. Add in the tofu, then the rice noodles! Top it with sesame seeds
  • Nutritional Info: it really depends on the portions, try to keep moderate on the rice noodles and higher in tofu
