Vegan Spicy Mexican Tacos
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil or oil of choice
- 2 cups ground tempeh
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1.5 teaspoons hot Mexican style chili powder
- 0.5 teaspoon cumin
- 0.5 teaspoon liquid smoke
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a pan on medium-low heat. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until golden.
Serve with Avocado Basil Dip and some warm tortillas.
