Vegan Spicy Mexican Tacos

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil or oil of choice
  • 2 cups ground tempeh
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons hot Mexican style chili powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon cumin
  • 0.5 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a pan on medium-low heat. Cook for 7-10 minutes or until golden.

  2. Serve with Avocado Basil Dip and some warm tortillas.
