Between Squash and Sweet Potato

Ingredients

  • vegan bs sauce: - 1 cup roasted butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup cashew butter (i used @artisanaorganics )
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • salt, pepper
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Preparation

  1. Boil a sweet potato for 5 min (make it easier to cut, and extra crispy)

  2. AIR FRY ?380 F for 23 min or bake 400 F for 30 min
