Between Squash and Sweet Potato
Ingredients
- vegan bs sauce: - 1 cup roasted butternut squash
- 1/2 cup cashew butter (i used @artisanaorganics )
- 1 clove of garlic
- salt, pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
Preparation
Boil a sweet potato for 5 min (make it easier to cut, and extra crispy)
AIR FRY ?380 F for 23 min or bake 400 F for 30 min
