Okra Fries

Ingredients

  • 400gks okra
  • 4 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • chaat masala, corriander and pomegranate seeds(optional)
  • 2 teaspoons of garam masala(optional)

Preparation

  1. Wash the okra well & slice in half

  2. Rinse again and place in a bowl

  3. Drizzle over the oil and add the chickpea flour

  4. Mix well until all the flour is coating the okra (let them okra sticky slime work it’s magic as you mix!

  5. Cook in air fryer @180’C for 15 mins until crispy

  6. Top tip try to cook only 1 layer at a time for ultimate crispness
