Almond & Raspberry Cake
Ingredients

- 200g butter, 250g ground almonds, 150g Xylitol, 1 tsp baking powder, 4 eggs, 1 tsp vanilla extract & raspberries
- Beat the butter and Xylitol, add eggs, add vanilla. Mix almond and baking powder together the fold in. Spread in lines tin then bake at 160 for 30/40 mins. It really hits the spot when carb cravings are high
