Apple Ring #Donuts
Ingredients
- 2 heaping tablespoons almond meal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1.5 tablespoon melted coconut oil
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 F
Combine the cinnamon and sugar with almond meal in a shallow dish
Dip the apple slices in melted coconut oil and then dredge through almond meal mixture, making sure both sides are covered
Place slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and set in middle of oven
After 20 minutes, flip slices and bake an additional 20 minutes more
