Apple Ring #Donuts


  • 2 heaping tablespoons almond meal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
  • 1.5 tablespoon melted coconut oil


  1. Preheat oven to 350 F

  2. Combine the cinnamon and sugar with almond meal in a shallow dish

  3. Dip the apple slices in melted coconut oil and then dredge through almond meal mixture, making sure both sides are covered

  4. Place slices on a parchment paper lined baking sheet and set in middle of oven

  5. After 20 minutes, flip slices and bake an additional 20 minutes more
