Banana Flapjacks
Ingredients
- 250g oats
- 100g butter or dairy free butter
- 3tbsp of maple syrup
- 1/4 cup milk (i used almond)
- 1 handful flaked almonds
- 1 handful raisins
- 1 handful raspberries
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 banana sliced
- dash of cinnamon
Preparation
Turn the oven to 200 degrees
Melt the butter and add to a bowl with oats, maple syrup and mashed banana and fully combine
Add in the flaked almonds, raspberries and raisins
Pour the mix into a lightly greased tin and even out with the back of a spoon
Press individual pieces of sliced banana gently into the top of the mix
Pop in the oven for 15 minutes before removing and leaving to fully cool
