Banana Flapjacks

Ingredients

  • 250g oats
  • 100g butter or dairy free butter
  • 3tbsp of maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup milk (i used almond)
  • 1 handful flaked almonds
  • 1 handful raisins
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 banana sliced
  • dash of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Turn the oven to 200 degrees

  2. Melt the butter and add to a bowl with oats, maple syrup and mashed banana and fully combine

  3. Add in the flaked almonds, raspberries and raisins

  4. Pour the mix into a lightly greased tin and even out with the back of a spoon

  5. Press individual pieces of sliced banana gently into the top of the mix

  6. Pop in the oven for 15 minutes before removing and leaving to fully cool
