Biscoff Protein Babka

Ingredients

  • 60g plain flour
  • 30g salted caramel vegan protein
  • 90g yogurt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Biscoff spread
  • Biscoff biscuit

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together, except for the Biscoff spread and biscuit.

  2. Mould the mixture into a dough and flatten it with a rolling pin.

  3. Spread Biscoff spread evenly over the flattened dough.

  4. Roll the dough into a cylinder shape.

  5. Cut down the middle of the cylinder, leaving a bridge of dough at the top to keep it together.

  6. Plait the dough respectively to create a braided effect.

  7. Place the prepared dough into an air fryer or oven and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.

  8. Once baked, crumble a Biscoff biscuit over the top for added flavor and texture.
