Biscoff Protein Babka
Ingredients
- 60g plain flour
- 30g salted caramel vegan protein
- 90g yogurt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- Biscoff spread
- Biscoff biscuit
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together, except for the Biscoff spread and biscuit.
Mould the mixture into a dough and flatten it with a rolling pin.
Spread Biscoff spread evenly over the flattened dough.
Roll the dough into a cylinder shape.
Cut down the middle of the cylinder, leaving a bridge of dough at the top to keep it together.
Plait the dough respectively to create a braided effect.
Place the prepared dough into an air fryer or oven and bake for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Once baked, crumble a Biscoff biscuit over the top for added flavor and texture.
