Cake with Rhubarb

Ingredients

  • 300 g flour
  • 7 g baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 125 g sugar
  • 125 ml sunflower oil
  • 250 ml plantbased milk
  • 150 g apple sauce
  • crumble:
  • 60 g margarine
  • 50 g oats
  • 50 g flour
  • 60 g sugar

Preparation

  1. Pour the gough in a cake pan. Add the cooked vanilla pudding and then the rhubarb and put the crumbles on top

  2. Bake for about 40 min in the oven
