Cake with Rhubarb
Ingredients
- 300 g flour
- 7 g baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 125 g sugar
- 125 ml sunflower oil
- 250 ml plantbased milk
- 150 g apple sauce
- crumble:
- 60 g margarine
- 50 g oats
- 50 g flour
- 60 g sugar
Preparation
Pour the gough in a cake pan. Add the cooked vanilla pudding and then the rhubarb and put the crumbles on top
Bake for about 40 min in the oven
