Chewy Chia Chocolate
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond flour (28g)
- 1/4 cup lupin flour (or use almond flour) (30g)
- 7 drops @oooflavors hazelnut chocolate flavor
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup Nekstella (230-240g)
- 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
- Whoopie pan or silicone baking cups
Preparation
Mix wet ingredients, then add the dry. Mix well
Measure 2 Tablespoons into each of the 12 wells in the pan
Sprinkle chia seeds over each brownie until completely used
Bake at 300 DegF for 16-18 minutes until toothpick comes out dry
