Chewy Chia Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup almond flour (28g)
  • 1/4 cup lupin flour (or use almond flour) (30g)
  • 7 drops @oooflavors hazelnut chocolate flavor
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup Nekstella (230-240g)
  • 3 Tablespoons chia seeds
  • Whoopie pan or silicone baking cups

Preparation

  1. Mix wet ingredients, then add the dry. Mix well

  2. Measure 2 Tablespoons into each of the 12 wells in the pan

  3. Sprinkle chia seeds over each brownie until completely used

  4. Bake at 300 DegF for 16-18 minutes until toothpick comes out dry

  5. Macros for my ingredients: 3 net carbs, 4.25 protein and 10 fat each
