Choc Chip Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients

  • 15g oats
  • 1 can of chickpeas
  • 20g fruit syrup
  • 40g vanilla whey
  • 6tbsp egg whites
  • tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. I mixed: 15g oats, 1 can of chickpeas, 20g @sweetfreedomuk fruit syrup, 40g @myproteinuk vanilla whey, 6tbsp @twochicksproducts egg whites, tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp baking powder together in a blender

  2. I then added 4 squares of @lindt_chocolate dark chocolate cut up to the mix and baked for 20minutes
