Choc Chip Chickpea Blondies
Ingredients
- 15g oats
- 1 can of chickpeas
- 20g fruit syrup
- 40g vanilla whey
- 6tbsp egg whites
- tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
Preparation
I mixed: 15g oats, 1 can of chickpeas, 20g @sweetfreedomuk fruit syrup, 40g @myproteinuk vanilla whey, 6tbsp @twochicksproducts egg whites, tbsp coconut oil, 1/2 tsp baking powder together in a blender
I then added 4 squares of @lindt_chocolate dark chocolate cut up to the mix and baked for 20minutes
