Cinnamon Banana Oat Bake

Ingredients

  • Cinnamon
  • Bananas
  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/3 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.

  2. Sprinkle a layer of cinnamon on the bottom of a small baking dish, according to your preference.

  3. Place as many banana slices as you can fit on top of the cinnamon. (Approximately 5 slices)

  4. In a small bowl, mash the remaining banana.

  5. Add oat flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt, ground flax, plant milk, and more cinnamon to the mashed banana.

  6. Stir the ingredients together until well combined.

  7. Pour the batter on top of the banana slices in the baking dish.

  8. Bake the dish for approximately 20 minutes.
