Coconut & Oatmeal Poundcake

Ingredients

  • coconut & oatmeal poundcake
  • 1 cup grated coconut
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup veggie milk

Preparation

  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and that’s it! Bake for 30’ at 180C
