Coconut & Oatmeal Poundcake
Ingredients
- coconut & oatmeal poundcake
- 1 cup grated coconut
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup veggie milk
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a blender and that’s it! Bake for 30’ at 180C
