Doughnuts
Ingredients
- 200g plain flour
- 50g dark brown sugar
- 2 tbsp maca powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pinch of bicarbonate of soda
- 50ml rapeseed oil
- 220ml plant milk
- sugar and cinnamon for coating the baked doughnuts
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C and grease a doughnut pan
Measure all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir well. Add the oil and milk and mix until smooth
Spoon into the doughnut moulds and bake for 10 minutes. I got 9 doughnuts out of the mixture
Remove from the tin and dip immediately into a bowl of sugar with a little cinnamon mixed in. Leave to cool on a wire rack or eat warm
