Healthy-Ish Cookies
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup softened butter (i used @earthbalance vegan butter sticks)
- 3/4 cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 cups almond flour (i used @bobsredmill)
- 2 1/2 gluten free old fashioned oats (@quaker)
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (@enjoylifefoods)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes & enjoy
