Healthy-Ish Cookies

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup softened butter (i used @earthbalance vegan butter sticks)
  • 3/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 cups almond flour (i used @bobsredmill)
  • 2 1/2 gluten free old fashioned oats (@quaker)
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (@enjoylifefoods)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes & enjoy
