Healthy One Bowl Pumpkin Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup oat flour
  • 3/4 tbs cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup choco chips

Preparation

  1. Whisk your 2 eggs into a large mixing bowl

  2. Add in bananas and pumpkin and mash until well combined

  3. Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well

  4. Preheat oven to 350F and bake for 38-45 mins

  5. In the meantime, wait for your apartment to smell like all things pumpkin!! ?? I drizzled mine with peanut butter + chocolate because I truly believe they go well on everything
