Mango Oat Bake Plate
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp steel cut oats
- cinnamon
- 1 tbsp ground flax
- 1/2 cup plant milk
Preparation
For the oat bake: mash 1 banana
Add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp steel cut oats (optional but recommended), lots of cinnamon, 1 tbsp ground flax (optional, or use another seed), and 1/2 cup plant milk
Add fruit of choice (I used frozen mango)
Stir to combine, pour into baking dish (I use a 2-cup glass bowl), and bake at 350F for ~25 minutes
