Mango Oat Bake Plate

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp steel cut oats
  • cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp ground flax
  • 1/2 cup plant milk

Preparation

  1. For the oat bake: mash 1 banana

  2. Add 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp steel cut oats (optional but recommended), lots of cinnamon, 1 tbsp ground flax (optional, or use another seed), and 1/2 cup plant milk

  3. Add fruit of choice (I used frozen mango)

  4. Stir to combine, pour into baking dish (I use a 2-cup glass bowl), and bake at 350F for ~25 minutes
