Pizza

Ingredients

  • 500g Flour
  • 280ml Warm water
  • 1/2 to 2/3 Cube of yeast (fresh!)
  • 30-40ml Olive oil
  • 1tb Sugar
  • 1tb Salt ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Toppings
  • 1 Handful of arugula
  • 1 Handful basil
  • 8tb Basil cashew pesto
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Can of tomato sauce
  • 1 Pack plant based cheese (you can leave the cheese out too, tastes really good without cheese as well) ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Preparation

  1. Add flour, salt and sugar to a bowl

  2. Create a hole and add the wet ingredients

  3. Add the water little by little because depending on your flour you will need more or less)

  4. Knead together with a spoon, then with your hands •Continue until your dough is really smooth

  5. Let the dough sit for an hour to raise ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ (don’t skip this part!)

  6. Take a part of the dough and roll out in a circle ⠀⠀⠀ (the thinner, the better)

  7. Preheat your oven on highest possible heat (250/300° C circulating air)

  8. Top your pizza with your topping ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ (leave the arugula and basil for after baking)

  9. Bake for 7-12 minutes ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ •Top with arugula and basil

  10. Serve with chili oil and garlic oil if you like it more spicy and hearty
