Ingredients

  • 150g white flour
  • -150g wholegrain flour
  • -1tsp baking powder
  • -2 tbsp @bertollioliveoil
  • -water until you get the right consistency. (not sticky)
  • As for toppings I used these
  • -tomato sauce
  • -italian herbs
  • -soy meat
  • -tomatoes
  • -sunflower seeds
  • -hummus
  • -drizzle of @bertollioliveoil
  • -avocado
  • -arugula

Preparation

  1. You want to knead the dough for 10-15 minutes so that the gluten gets activated and the dough becomes fluffy and malleable

  2. Bake until golden brown and crispy at 200C
