Ingredients
- 150g white flour
- -150g wholegrain flour
- -1tsp baking powder
- -2 tbsp @bertollioliveoil
- -water until you get the right consistency. (not sticky)
- As for toppings I used these
- -tomato sauce
- -italian herbs
- -soy meat
- -tomatoes
- -sunflower seeds
- -hummus
- -drizzle of @bertollioliveoil
- -avocado
- -arugula
Preparation
You want to knead the dough for 10-15 minutes so that the gluten gets activated and the dough becomes fluffy and malleable
Bake until golden brown and crispy at 200C
