Rainbow Vanilla Cake
Ingredients
- 500g flour
- 250g sugar
- 1 pck baking powder
- 3tb starch
- 2pcks vanilla sugar
- 100ml plantbased milk
- 100g rapeseed oil or plantbased butter
- 360ml sparkling water
- foodcolouring in different tones
- for the frosting:
- 450g powdered sugar
- 3tb plantbased butter
- 6tb plantbased milk
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees two sided heat
Mix all dry ingredients for the cake together
Add the wet ingredients and mix well
Separate to five different bowls
Add a different food cooler into each bowl
Bake separately for 10-25 minutes in a round baking tray
Cool down each cake
Mix all frosting ingredients together
Now lay each cake on top of each other and fill the frosting in between each layer
Add another layer of frosting on top of the cake
Decorate your cake with more colors or sprinkles
Let it cool down for about twenty minutes
