Raspberry & Cranberry Doughnuts

Ingredients

  • 335g all-purpose flour
  • 200g sugar
  • 60g coconut butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tbsp cranberry powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 200 ml nut milk
  • 3 tbsp aquafaba
  • 125g fresh raspberries

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C

  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl

  3. Mix in the nut milk and the aquafaba

  4. Carefully fold in the raspberries, pour the batter into a doughnut pan, and bake for 25 - 30 minutes

  5. Melt 2 “Intense” chocolate bars over a bain marie

  6. When the doughnuts have cooled, dunk them in the chocolate
