Raspberry & Cranberry Doughnuts
Ingredients
- 335g all-purpose flour
- 200g sugar
- 60g coconut butter
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cranberry powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 200 ml nut milk
- 3 tbsp aquafaba
- 125g fresh raspberries
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180C
Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl
Mix in the nut milk and the aquafaba
Carefully fold in the raspberries, pour the batter into a doughnut pan, and bake for 25 - 30 minutes
Melt 2 “Intense” chocolate bars over a bain marie
When the doughnuts have cooled, dunk them in the chocolate
