Skillet Chocolate Brownie
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup non dairy yogurt
- 1/4 cup raw tahini or cashew butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup fine oat flour
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp tapioca starch or corn starch
- 1/4 cup non dairy chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp chopped non dairy chocolate bar or extra chocolate chips, optional
- Handful vegan marshmallows, optional
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Oil a 6” cast iron skillet
In a medium bowl mix the yogurt, tahini or cashew butter and coconut sugar
Add oat flour, cacao powder, baking soda, starch and chocolate chips and mix until just combined
Using a spatula spread batter evenly in oiled skillet
Bake for 11 minutes, remove from oven and top with extra chopped chocolate bar or chips + plant based marshmallows
Return to the oven for 3-4 additional minutes
Remove, cool + enjoy
