Soft Baked White Chocolate and Raspberry Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oat flour
- 1/3 cup @vivonue Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbs almond meal
- 2 tbs runny nut butter
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- vegan white chocolate
- frozen raspberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°c
In a bowl add and combine flour, protein and almond meal
Stir in the nut butter, coconut sugar, baking powder and soda
Stir in the almond milk as needed until a thick dough is formed
Fold in chocolate and raspberries as desired
Bake for around 25 minutes or until golden-brown
Enjoy fresh out of the oven or store in the fridge
Highly recommend beating them up before serving
