Soft Baked White Chocolate and Raspberry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oat flour
  • 1/3 cup @vivonue Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbs almond meal
  • 2 tbs runny nut butter
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • vegan white chocolate
  • frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c

  2. In a bowl add and combine flour, protein and almond meal

  3. Stir in the nut butter, coconut sugar, baking powder and soda

  4. Stir in the almond milk as needed until a thick dough is formed

  5. Fold in chocolate and raspberries as desired

  6. Bake for around 25 minutes or until golden-brown

  7. Enjoy fresh out of the oven or store in the fridge

  8. Highly recommend beating them up before serving
