Soft Baked White Chocolate and Raspberry Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Oat Flour
- 1/3 cup @vivonue Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tbs Almond Meal
- 2 tbs runny nut butter
- 1/2 cup Almond Milk
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- Vegan White Chocolate
- Frozen Raspberries
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
In a bowl add and combine flour, protein and almond meal. Stir in the nut butter, coconut sugar, baking powder and soda. Stir in the almond milk as needed until a thick dough is formed.
Fold in chocolate and raspberries as desired.
Bake for around 25 minutes or until golden-brown.
Enjoy fresh out of the oven or store in the fridge. Highly recommend beating them up before serving.
