Soft Baked White Chocolate and Raspberry Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/3 cup @vivonue Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tbs Almond Meal
  • 2 tbs runny nut butter
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • Vegan White Chocolate
  • Frozen Raspberries
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. In a bowl add and combine flour, protein and almond meal. Stir in the nut butter, coconut sugar, baking powder and soda. Stir in the almond milk as needed until a thick dough is formed.

  3. Fold in chocolate and raspberries as desired.

  4. Bake for around 25 minutes or until golden-brown.

  5. Enjoy fresh out of the oven or store in the fridge. Highly recommend beating them up before serving.
