Super Fluffy Vegan Waffle Sticks with Chocolate
Ingredients
- 1 and 1/4 cup (156g) all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 and 1/4 cup (300ml) soy milk (or other non-dairy milk)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°f (200°c)
Use the chef’s silicone basting brush to brush the waffle stick pan with oil
Whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl
In a separate bowl, combine the soy milk, oil and vanilla
Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients and whisk until just combined
Distribute the batter evenly among the wells
Bake for 11–13 minutes, or until golden brown
Let the waffle sticks cool for 5 minutes before removing
