Tofu for Babies

Ingredients

  • 1️⃣ 180g tofu, drained and pressed • 1 2️⃣ 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3️⃣ 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4️⃣ 1/2 tsp dried herbs.

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius

  2. While the oven is preheating, wrap the tofu in a kitchen towel or paper towel and press a heavy object on top. ⭐️Let sit for 10 minutes to drain out some of the water. ⭐️Remove the kitchen towel and slice the tofu into “fingers” ⭐️Place the tofu in an oven proof dish and toss with the lemon juice, olive oil and herbs*. ⭐️Place in the oven and cook for 10 minutes, turn the tofu fingers and place back in the oven for another 10 minutes until golden brown. *Alternatives include: • Olive oil only • Olive oil and paprika
