Vegan Snickerdoodle Cakey Bars
Ingredients
- 6 tbs self-raising flour + 1 tbs coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbs coconut sugar
- 1 tsp ground flaxseed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- pinch salt
- 2 heaped tbs coconut yogurt
- 2 tbs applesauce
- 1 tbs almond milk
- 1/2 tbs cashew butter/nutbutter
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- splash of plant milk if necessary
