Zucchini Paleo Bread
Ingredients
- 1 1/2c almond meal
- 3/4c arrowroot
- 1/2tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/3c pitted olives (sliced)
- 3/4c grated zucchini
- 1/3c sundried tomatoes
Preparation
mix all of the dry ingredients together;
in a different bowl mix the eggs and all other ingredients
combine ingredients, mix well, pour into loaf tin;
sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top, place in the over for 35 minutes on 320 degrees;
cool for 5 minutes, and enjoy
