Miso, Edamame and Pea Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1️⃣ Defrost the frozen edamame and peas ( About 100g of edamame and 50g peas pp)
  • 2️⃣ Chop ~ 60g mushrooms and fry till soft (4mins)
  • 3️⃣ Combine the edamame and peas together in a food processor with the mushrooms, a tbsp of miso paste and a tbsp of flour (any kind)
  • 4️⃣ Mix together and form 2 burgers then dust all over with some more four
  • 5️⃣ Finally, fry the burgers in a little oil for about 5 mins each side
