Almost Healthy Brownie #Peanut Caramel Banana Cups
Ingredients
- Brownie base
- 230g white beans
- 100g dates (@palmyradelights)
- 30g nut butter
- 90g oat flour ( I replaced 30g with protein powder)
- 30g raw cacao
- plant milk
- optional: nut nougat flavedrops
- ⠀Chocolate cups
- ~ 80-100g dark chocolate + 1tsp coconut oil
- Other
- peanut butter
- date sirup or other
- peanuts
- banana
- pinch of salt ( optional: quinoa pops)
Preparation
Blend the beans with the dates and nut butter in a food processor or good mixer. If needed add some plant milk, so everything is well combined. Don't use too much! Add the rest of the ingredients and form a dough ( with hands or a spoon)
Melt the chocolate with the oil and spread it in some small silicon cups. Leave some chocolate for later. Put the cups in the freezer for a few min until the choc has cooled down
Press some brownie dough in the forms. Add ~ 1-2 tsp peanut butter on each cup. Put some date sirup, pinch of salt and peanuts on top
Slice the banana in flat pieces and put them on top. Final step: cover everything with chocolate and sprinkle some quinoa pops on top
