Basic Chia

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup plant milk (oat or almond works best for me)
  • 1 tsp of maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Place all the ingredients in a jar or bowl and mix well

  2. Mix several times during the first 10 minutes in order to avoid lumps

  3. After that time place in the fridge overnight

  4. Enjoy in the morning with your favourite toppings, for example nut butter, berries, nuts, chocolate and coconut
