Blueberry Ginger Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 tbl @the_ginger_people ginger juice
  • 2 tbl maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbl corn starch
  • 1/4 cup water ?

Preparation

  1. Add blueberries, ginger juice, maple syrup, and the 1/2 cup water to a sauce pot

  2. Cook over high heat until the water starts to bubble then reduce to medium and cook for 5 min

  3. Mix together the corn starch and 1/4 cup water

  4. Pour into the pot and stir

  5. You can either transfer it to a blender or use an immersion blender if you want the sauce smooth or mash it with a potato masher if you're cool with some chunks

  6. You can use it right away or let it cool for an even thicker consistency. ?
