Blueberry Ginger Syrup
Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 2 tbl @the_ginger_people ginger juice
- 2 tbl maple syrup
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbl corn starch
- 1/4 cup water ?
Preparation
Add blueberries, ginger juice, maple syrup, and the 1/2 cup water to a sauce pot
Cook over high heat until the water starts to bubble then reduce to medium and cook for 5 min
Mix together the corn starch and 1/4 cup water
Pour into the pot and stir
You can either transfer it to a blender or use an immersion blender if you want the sauce smooth or mash it with a potato masher if you're cool with some chunks
You can use it right away or let it cool for an even thicker consistency. ?
