Chocolate Brownie Swirl Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • chocolate brownie swirl banana bread with 16 grams of protein per slice!!!?⁣
  • 80 grams protein powder (i used @1stphorm vanilla level-1)⁣
  • 32 grams powder pb (i used @thelionschoice glazed donut)⁣
  • 5 grams sweetener (i used swerve confectioners)⁣
  • 20 grams all purpose flour (i used @pamelasproducts gf artisan flour)⁣
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁣
  • 1 tsp cinnamon⁣
  • 1/2 tsp salt⁣
  • 70 grams of liquid egg whites⁣
  • 57 nonfat greek yogurt (I used TJ 0% plain)⁣
  • Swirled on top 14 grams of the NEW @cocoabarinajar cocoa butter that is peanut free⁣

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350⁣

  2. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and spray (I used coconut oil spray)⁣

  3. Mix all dry & then wet in separate bowls, then combine! ⁣

  4. OH don’t forget to lick the spatula and bowl clean… I mean the batter is so good

  5. Pour everything into pan then melt your CBJ in the microwave for 20 sec to soften (bc at room temp it hardens like coconut oil), after that its soft and you can drizzle it… then I used a knife to make swirls into the batter before placing it in the oven!⁣

  6. Bake for 32-35 minutes, let cool and I portioned out 6 slices!⁣

  7. Topped with @official_allamericanbutter of COURSE!⁣

  8. This bread didn’t last long in my house!!! ⁣

  9. The total banana bread weight cooked was 419 grams then I divided that by 6.⁣

  10. I sliced in to 6 bars: each weighing 69 grams⁣
