Chocolate with Hazelnut

Ingredients

  • 50 grams of absolute organic cacao butter buttons
  • 4 tablespoons of cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup absolute organic coconut oil
  • 2 tsp of cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoons of absolute organic maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of almond milk
  • 1/2 cup of hazelnuts or your favourite add-on

Preparation

  1. Melt the butter in a small pan on low heat

  2. Add the coconut oil, maple syrup and agave syrup

  3. Stir well until combined

  4. Stir in all the dry ingredients except for the add-ons

  5. Slowly whisk the almond milk into the mixture until a creamy chocolate forms

  6. Pour into plastic or silicone moulds and sprinkle the hazelnuts or your add-ons on top

  7. Place in the freezer for about 2-3 hours and enjoy!
