Five Healthy Vegan Cookie Dough Recipes
Ingredients
Healthy Breakfast Cookie Dough
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (from a carton, not a tin)
- 1 cup dates
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Healthy PB Cookie Dough Fudge
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter
- 1/2 cup oat flour
- Toppings of choice
Vegan Cookie Dough
- All ingredients but the chocolate chips
- Chocolate chips (to mix in at the end)
Mug Cake
- Creamy natural peanut butter
- Dark vegan chocolate chips
- Whole wheat flour
- Almond milk
- Maple syrup
- Baking powder
High Protein Cookie Dough Bars
- Almond flour
- Pea protein
- Cashew butter
- Maple syrup
- Plant milk
- Coconut oil
- Vanilla extract
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
Healthy Breakfast Cookie Dough
Blend oat flour, coconut milk, dates, and vanilla.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Healthy PB Cookie Dough Fudge
Heat maple syrup, then whisk in peanut butter.
Mix in oat flour and combine.
Let chill, then add toppings.
Press dough into a lined loaf pan, cut into pieces, and freeze.
Vegan Cookie Dough
Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips.
Mix in chocolate chips.
Mug Cake
Combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, flour, almond milk, maple syrup, and baking powder in a mug.
Microwave for 1 minute.
High Protein Cookie Dough Bars
Line a bread pan.
Mix almond flour and pea protein.
Mix cashew butter, maple syrup, plant milk, coconut oil, and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread in the bread pan and refrigerate.
Cut into bars and store in freezer or fridge.
