Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup fresh rasberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1/3 cup frozen pink dragonfruit
  • 1.5 cups milk (I used almond milk)
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (optional)
