Frozen Summer Fruits in the Freezer

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 pitted date
  • 1 tbsp collagen
  • 1 heaped tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder (optional but ??)
  • 2 frozen peach cheeks or sub for plum which is now in season
