Frozen Summer Fruits in the Freezer
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 pitted date
- 1 tbsp collagen
- 1 heaped tsp. chia seeds
- 1 tsp beetroot powder (optional but ??)
- 2 frozen peach cheeks or sub for plum which is now in season
