Gluten-Free Oat Flour Vanilla Donuts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp applesauce
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Toppings

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • Sprinkles

Preparation

  1. In a blender, blend together the oats, baking soda, and cinnamon.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined.

  3. Grease a donut pan.

  4. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

  5. Pour the batter into the donut pan.

  6. Bake for 8 minutes.

  7. Let the donuts cool completely.

  8. Remove the donuts from the pan and top them with Greek yogurt and sprinkles.
