Gluten-Free Oat Flour Vanilla Donuts
Ingredients
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats (gluten-free)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- Sprinkles
Preparation
In a blender, blend together the oats, baking soda, and cinnamon.
Add the remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until well combined.
Grease a donut pan.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Pour the batter into the donut pan.
Bake for 8 minutes.
Let the donuts cool completely.
Remove the donuts from the pan and top them with Greek yogurt and sprinkles.
