Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 50 grams frozen blueberries
  • 50 grams frozen cherries
  • 50 grams frozen strawberries
  • 100 ml oat milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 date
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Toppings

  • fresh fruits
  • special Muesli

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Finish with fresh fruits and the special Muesli.
