Mango Banana Spirulina Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c frozen mango
  • 2 very ripe frozen bananas
  • 1/4 c @lifewaykefir peach kefir
  • 1/2 tsp @blue_spirulina blue spirulina powder
  • 1/4 tsp blue green spirulina powder
  • @mammachia chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend the frozen mango, frozen bananas, peach kefir, blue spirulina powder, and blue green spirulina powder until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds as a topping.
