Oyster Mushroom & Avocado Toast
Ingredients
- 100g chickpeas
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 avocado
- 1 tsp olive oil
- lemon juice
- 1 - 2 tbsp water
- for the oyster mushroom (makes 2 servings)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3g fresh chili
- 1 garlic glove
- fresh basil
- 100g oyster mushroom
Preparation
Guacamole
Mix all Ingredients in a highspeed blender
Oyster mushroom
Start with frying the spices in olive oil
Then add the oyster mushroom and fry until golden
Serve on sourdough bread
