Oyster Mushroom & Avocado Toast

Ingredients

  • 100g chickpeas
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • 1 - 2 tbsp water
  • for the oyster mushroom (makes 2 servings)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3g fresh chili
  • 1 garlic glove
  • fresh basil
  • 100g oyster mushroom

Preparation

  1. Guacamole

  2. Mix all Ingredients in a highspeed blender

  3. Oyster mushroom

  4. Start with frying the spices in olive oil

  5. Then add the oyster mushroom and fry until golden

  6. Serve on sourdough bread
