Potato ?Wedges and Guacamole
Ingredients
- GUACAMOLE?-
- 5 (ripe) avocados
- Half a lime juice
- 1 (ripe) tomato
- 1 small shallot (shallot, SHALLOT not ONION ?) - if shallot is big, just take half
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- a small handful of cilantro
- 1/16 tsp or more (to taste), chilli flakes
- POTATO ?WEDGES
- About 5 medium potatoes (washed if organic, peeled if not)
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tap sea salt
- 1 tbsp rosemary
Preparation
Method : Do ur self a favour & mash the avo on a plate, it’s so much easier than in a bowl !! So start mashing the avo, squeeze the lime all over and mix
Cube the tomato and chop the shallot as small as u can
Combine on the plate with sea salt, herb and chili
Method : cut the potatoes in wedges, add to a bowl with other stuff
With WET clean hands, mix all together
Spread on baking tray and bake for 45 min at 190°C
