Potato ?Wedges and Guacamole

Ingredients

  • GUACAMOLE?-
  • 5 (ripe) avocados
  • Half a lime juice
  • 1 (ripe) tomato
  • 1 small shallot (shallot, SHALLOT not ONION ?) - if shallot is big, just take half
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • a small handful of cilantro
  • 1/16 tsp or more (to taste), chilli flakes
  • POTATO ?WEDGES
  • About 5 medium potatoes (washed if organic, peeled if not)
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/8 tap sea salt
  • 1 tbsp rosemary

Preparation

  1. Method : Do ur self a favour & mash the avo on a plate, it’s so much easier than in a bowl !! So start mashing the avo, squeeze the lime all over and mix

  2. Cube the tomato and chop the shallot as small as u can

  3. Combine on the plate with sea salt, herb and chili

  4. Method : cut the potatoes in wedges, add to a bowl with other stuff

  5. With WET clean hands, mix all together

  6. Spread on baking tray and bake for 45 min at 190°C
