Protein Packed Smoothies

Ingredients

  • 00ml unsweetened almond milk / coconut milk
  • 200g fresh/frozen berries (e.g strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants)
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 heaped tsp (8g) Egmont Manuka Honey
  • 60g / 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
  • 1-2 scoops Protein powder of choice

Preparation

  1. Simply put all the ingredients in a blender and process until thick and creamy

  2. Best served immediately
