Protein Packed Smoothies
Ingredients
- 00ml unsweetened almond milk / coconut milk
- 200g fresh/frozen berries (e.g strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants)
- 2 small bananas
- 1 heaped tsp (8g) Egmont Manuka Honey
- 60g / 1/2 cup oats
- 1 tbsp (12g) chia seeds
- 1-2 scoops Protein powder of choice
Preparation
Simply put all the ingredients in a blender and process until thick and creamy
