Smoothie Bowl Ideas

Ingredients

  • 200ml of plant milk (I use soy as it's the highest in protein), feel free to use less for an even thicker smoothie
  • - 2 to 3 frozen bananas (replace for frozen mango, pineapple, cooked pumpkin, sweet potato, the options are endless really)
  • - 1 scoop of @super_vegan_fitness protein powder
  • - Omega 3 (ground flax seeds or hemp seeds as a topping)
  • - The rest based on what flavour I'm making

Preparation

  1. Always add the milk first so nothing sticks to the bottom, then the rest (except toppings) to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until smooth

  2. Pour into a bowl and add toppings
