Flavorful White Bean Tomato Sauce with Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Olive oil
  • 200 ml water
  • Tomato purée
  • 1 can large white beans
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chili
  • Oregano
  • Rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • Broccoli
  • Rice
  • Mushrooms
  • Balsamic vinegar

Preparation

  1. Cut one small onion and one garlic clove into small pieces and fry them in a non-stick pan with a bit of olive oil.

  2. Deglaze with 200 ml water and a lot of tomato purée to make a thick mixture.

  3. Add a can of large white beans and let it simmer.

  4. Add salt, pepper, chili, oregano, rosemary, one tablespoon soy sauce, and one tablespoon maple syrup.

  5. Stir everything well and add it to whatever you like.

  6. Serve with steamed broccoli, rice, and balsamic vinegar fried mushrooms.
