Homemade Chickpea Omelette


  • 1/2 cup soaked sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • juice of 1 key lime
  • spring water depending on the thickness you want


  1. Add all the ingredients into a mixing cup and blend with an immersion blender until smooth

  2. You can also use a food processor or a high speed blender like vitamix or ninja

  3. It is best to soak the sunflower seeds overnight but if you want it quicker you can soak them for 30-60 min

  4. In boiled water
