Homemade Chickpea Omelette
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup soaked sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- juice of 1 key lime
- spring water depending on the thickness you want
Preparation
Add all the ingredients into a mixing cup and blend with an immersion blender until smooth
You can also use a food processor or a high speed blender like vitamix or ninja
It is best to soak the sunflower seeds overnight but if you want it quicker you can soak them for 30-60 min
In boiled water
