Meal with Rice and Fried Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1️⃣ cut one little onion and one garlic glove in small pieces and fry them in a non sticky pan with a bit olive oil
- 2️⃣ deglaze it with 200 ml water and a lot of tomato purée, so that you get a nice thick mixture
- 3️⃣ add a can of big white beans and let it simmer
- 4️⃣ add salt, pepper, Chili, oregano, rosemary, one tablespoon soy sauce and one tablespoon maple syrup
- 5️⃣ stir everything well and add it to whatever you like
- I served it with steamed Brokkoli, rice and balsamic vinegar fried mushrooms
