1. add a tbsp of nutritional yeast for a slight cheesy flavour giving you a boost of “complete” protein and also Rich in B vitamins, folic acid, zinc and B12
2. 1 tbsp chia seeds (you don’t realise they’re there) give you an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, rich in antioxidants, and they provide fiber, iron, and calcium
