Blackberry Lavender Gin Snow Cones

Ingredients

  • 2 cans blackberry Spindrift
  • 1/4 cup lavender lemonade syrup
  • 3/4 cup gin
  • Lavender sprig (for garnish)

Lavender lemonade syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon culinary lavender
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon culinary lavender. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

  2. Remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes.

  3. Strain out the lavender buds and add 1/2 lemon when completely cooled to make the lavender lemonade syrup.

  4. Mix 2 cans blackberry Spindrift, 1/4 cup lavender lemonade syrup, and 3/4 cup gin together.

  5. Freeze the mixture until it forms flakey ice crystals or a slushy consistency.

  6. Serve in glasses and garnish with a lavender sprig.
