Blackberry Lavender Gin Snow Cones
Ingredients
- 2 cans blackberry Spindrift
- 1/4 cup lavender lemonade syrup
- 3/4 cup gin
- Lavender sprig (for garnish)
Lavender lemonade syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon culinary lavender
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation
In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon culinary lavender. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes.
Strain out the lavender buds and add 1/2 lemon when completely cooled to make the lavender lemonade syrup.
Mix 2 cans blackberry Spindrift, 1/4 cup lavender lemonade syrup, and 3/4 cup gin together.
Freeze the mixture until it forms flakey ice crystals or a slushy consistency.
Serve in glasses and garnish with a lavender sprig.
