Blackberry Lavender Gin Snow Cones

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup lavender lemonade syrup
  • 3/4 cup gin
  • garnish with a lavender sprig
  • to make lavender lemonade syrup
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon culinary lavender
  • 1/2 lemon

Preparation

  1. In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except the lemon. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep 20 minutes

  2. Strain out the lavender buds, and add in the lemon when completely cooled
