Blackberry Lavender Gin Snow Cones
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lavender lemonade syrup
- 3/4 cup gin
- garnish with a lavender sprig
- to make lavender lemonade syrup
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon culinary lavender
- 1/2 lemon
Preparation
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients except the lemon. Bring to a boil, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep 20 minutes
Strain out the lavender buds, and add in the lemon when completely cooled
