Chia-Yogurt Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup almond/veggie milk
  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt @alpro

Preparation

  1. Mixed berries and fruits of your choice

  2. Leave the chia seeds in a jar filled with milk and let it sit through at least 4 hours

  3. Leaving it overnight is usually the best option) I love this breakfast idea and it’s so easy to take it with you by simply leaving it in the jar, adding the toppings and popping on the lid
