Chickpea Blondies
Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
In your blender or food processor, add: chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, almond flour, baking powder, salt
Fold in chocolate chips
Pour into a greased loaf pan & top with a few more chocolate chips
Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins
Cool for at least 30 mins before slicing
Store in the fridge to stay firm
