Chickpea Blondies

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In your blender or food processor, add: chickpeas, almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, almond flour, baking powder, salt

  2. Fold in chocolate chips

  3. Pour into a greased loaf pan & top with a few more chocolate chips

  4. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins

  5. Cool for at least 30 mins before slicing

  6. Store in the fridge to stay firm
